Stopped at Riddles to have them check my wedding ring. Sure enough, I had several loose diamonds in the halo around my diamond. The lady that helped me, Kaysen, told me they can fix loose stones in house which came with a guarantee. After speaking with Kaysen, she showed me some beautiful sets and told me about the discounts they were offering currently. She was young but knew her stuff well! Told me things I surely didn't know! Kaysen was extremely professional (nervous! She said she hadn't been there long)she answered all of my questions with confidence and ease! Most definitely will be bringing my husband in next time we are in Ames, just hope Kaysen is there to help us!!

Wow - what fanTAStic service! I took in my wedding set following a split, and they were able to get it figured out what I could spend, and had such a selection that I was there for quite a while - they were so patient and helpful! I was in from out-of-state and they rushed the sizing/adjoining before I flew back out. I decided to go with Adamanté for the main ring, with a radiant cut, and a natural diamond jacket. SO beautiful, I'm so happy!
